President Barack Obama ended his State of the Union speech with some unscripted sarcasm. As he was wrapping up his speech, the president focused on what he called “a better politics” and a call to bipartisanship with the new Republican Congress.

“I have no more campaigns to run,” Obama said to emphasize his point. Claps could be then heard on the Republican side of the House chamber, and Obama paused. “I know because I won both of them,” he deadpanned. It wasn’t in his prepared remarks. Congressional Democrats applauded their approval.
